Describes Lord Northcliffe's and Sir Edward Brabrook's support for an unnamed venture, evidently a publishing venture, with observations on Northcliffe and a description of a visit with "poor Arthur Symons," who had a permanent mental breakdown in 1908. Northcliffe was a prominent journalist and newspaper proprietor, owner of the Daily Mail and the Times.
